The Direction de l'immobilier (DI) has the mission of guaranteeing the provision, operation, and evolution of hospital infrastructures in coherence with the institutional needs and strategic orientations of the HUG. It ensures efficient use of spaces, support for organizational transformations, and continuous improvement of the working conditions of employees. The position is attached to the service régie immobilière et gestion des affectations (Riga). Facilities Management Coordinator - 100% As facilities management coordinator, you ensure the coordination of requests related to the allocation of premises, the layout of workspaces, as well as the moving of activities and employees within the HUG. As a privileged interlocutor for staff, you analyze expressed needs and ensure their coherence with the institutional real estate strategy as well as with the HUG master plan. You evaluate requests, propose adapted solutions, and seek alternatives allowing for the efficient use of surfaces and resources made available. You autonomously manage layout and moving mandates of low to medium complexity, from their planning to their realization. In this capacity, you coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders, ensure the monitoring of service providers, and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and regulatory requirements. You actively participate in supporting change with teams concerned by activity movements or space reorganizations. You also ensure the management and updating of local signage in collaboration with the Direction de la communication, while ensuring compliance with the institutional graphic charter. Finally, you contribute to the maintenance and reliability of the graphic and alphanumeric inventories of the premises as well as to the quality of real estate management data. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor's degree in management or public administration, a health degree, or a degree in a field deemed equivalent. You ideally benefit from confirmed experience in the coordination of layout projects, moving, or workspace management within complex environments. You possess knowledge of the standards and regulations applicable to workspaces, particularly regarding ergonomics, safety, and premises layout. You master common office tools. Experience with drawing or space management software constitutes an asset. You have an excellent sense of service, you demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and organization in the conduct of your activities. Your interpersonal ease, your ability to coordinate, and your aptitude to support change allow you to evolve effectively in a constantly evolving hospital environment. You have excellent analytical skills, are pragmatic, and propose solutions adapted to the needs of the staff while taking institutional constraints into account.
