Within the ecumenical pastoral care of health, you accompany beneficiaries, their loved ones and health professionals in their spiritual, existential or religious questions. Respecting each person's convictions, you contribute to a global care of the person and participate in the institutional life of partner establishments. Your commitment is part of an interprofessional approach that promotes listening, support, dialogue and respect for human dignity. In this context, in order to strengthen the team of the ecumenical pastoral care, we are looking for: a chaplain – spiritual accompanist at 50% Main activities: Ensure spiritual accompaniment and support for beneficiaries, their loved ones and, when necessary, collaborators, while respecting each person's convictions. Respond to religious and denominational needs, in particular by organizing celebrations, rituals and times of recollection adapted to the situations encountered. Collaborate closely with care teams and network partners in an interdisciplinary and ethical approach. Participate in the life of the pastoral care, in colloquia, reflection groups and professional exchanges. Contribute to raising awareness among professionals about the spiritual dimension of accompaniment. Develop and maintain professional skills through ongoing training or supervision. Sought profile: Recognized theological training and experience in accompanying people in vulnerable situations, ideally in the field of health or in a medico-social institution. Specialized training in clinical spiritual accompaniment, palliative care or a related field is a significant asset. Ability to accompany people of all convictions with openness, respect and kindness. Excellent relational, listening and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Sense of ethics, discretion, autonomy and respect for professional secrecy. Good adaptability and personal balance allowing to cope with complex or end-of-life situations.
