We manage the AMAG garages, the Carrosserie Centers and the Occasion Centers, for a reliable and personalized service. To strengthen our AMAG Bulle team, we are looking for a Mechanical after-sales service advisor (M/F) at 100% for a position to be filled immediately or by agreement.  Your tasks ## • Customer relationship manager: You will be the point of contact for our customers, coordinating appointments up to the handover of the vehicle, while maintaining active relations. • Sales interface: You will work hand in hand with the sales team, acting as the link between the workshop and our customers. • Offer expert: You will prepare offers in accordance with requests, ensure the cleanliness and completeness of the vehicles, and manage workshop orders with professionalism. • Mobility champion: You will create a friendly atmosphere and convince our customers through your expertise and passion for mobility. Your profile ## • Technical training and commercial expertise: You have completed training in automotive technology (automotive maintenance mechanic CFC or automotive mechatronics CFC), with solid commercial skills and a few years of experience as an after-sales advisor. • Knowledge of electric mobility: You possess experience in electromobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technologies. • After-sales service skills: You are sociable, enjoy human contact, and excel in advice and persuasion. • IT affinity: You are comfortable with digital processes, virtual communication with customers and the use of AI tools. • Positive mentality: You are resilient, manage stress constructively, and always maintain an optimistic mindset. Your customer orientation, your technical skills and your enthusiasm for the automotive sector make you the ideal candidate. • Driving license: You hold a valid category B driving license.
