You take on the responsibility of managing and developing the agency network in Lugano, Bellinzona and Mesocco, working closely with the Regional Manager. At the same time, you actively develop the local business, from acquiring new customers to enhancing the existing portfolio through targeted cross-selling and up-selling activities. The role requires a presence in the territory and availability for regular travel between locations. What you should have: You have completed a basic education, enriched by specialization in the insurance sector and VBV certification.
