Our client is an established trading company that impresses with its wide assortment and strong regional presence. Inside Sales ensures the timely processing of all orders and requests from the sales outlets in Western Switzerland. To strengthen the team in the region, we are looking for an engaged and customer-oriented personality, effective immediately or by agreement, as Sales Administrator Inside Sales (50 %) Your tasks • You are actively involved in the daily operations of inside sales and ensure smooth processes. • You monitor the ordering process and ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner. • You receive complaints, assess them professionally, and find solution-oriented ways for our customers.
