Through the management of a Bicycle Workshop, you promote the development of technical, linguistic, and transversal skills, while supporting participants in their integration and autonomy path. In connection with internal teams and external partners, you actively contribute to their social and professional inclusion. You ensure the reception, follow-up, and evaluation of participants, while supporting their motivation and insertion project. You organize the workshop's activities, ensure the quality of services, and guarantee the respect of safety rules. You ensure the administrative follow-up of the program and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote the socio-professional integration of beneficiaries. Your profile CFC in bicycle mechanics or proven experience in the field. Confirmed experience of 3 years in the field Marked interest in the field of migration, interculturality, and professional integration. Ability to work in a network and develop partnerships with internal and external actors. Ease in administrative activities and writing follow-up documents.
