Team Leader: GA Planning

Are you ready for your next step in GA planning? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and leadership-strong personality with a passion for planning modern and technically demanding building automation systems. In this exciting function, you will take over the technical and personnel management of our GA team and work on diverse and innovative projects in the field of building technology. Your field of activity includes, among other things: • Technical and personnel management of the Building Automation team (2-5 people) • Planning and designing modern building automation systems for demanding new construction and renovation projects • Developing system topologies, measurement, control and regulation concepts as well as alarm and visualization concepts • Developing energy-efficient and sustainable automation solutions, taking into account current norms and standards • Responsibility for tenders, awards, cost, schedule and quality control • Leading projects until commissioning and successful handover What we do: We work on interesting projects of all kinds with a lot of variation and challenges. Projects of various sizes, often from successful competition activities. Cooperation with first-class architectural offices and a high-quality specialist planner network. We accompany our projects holistically across all SIA phases (21–53). This includes a wide range of demanding construction projects, from complex office, commercial and residential properties to innovative energy and infrastructure projects with high demands on sustainability and energy efficiency. What additionally distinguishes you: • You have a basic training in building technology; further education HF or FH is an advantage • You have several years of experience in planning and project management of building automation systems • First leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step into a leadership position • You are interested in integral relationships and the networking of different building technology systems • You create tenders, reports and technical documentation independently in good German and can also present them convincingly • You work in a structured and quality-conscious manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations Have we aroused your interest?
