Your missions As a Business Analyst, you will be the essential link between the business teams and the technical teams. You will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients in the public sector, analyzing existing processes, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to contribute to the success of projects by ensuring that user requirements are correctly translated into technical solutions. • Gather, analyze and prioritize business needs to propose adapted solutions, while understanding existing processes and identifying areas for improvement; • Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders, ensure constant alignment between users, developers, architects, QA; • Write functional specifications (general and detailed); • Accompany and verify the developments made; • Prepare and execute test plans (UAT, functional tests), then participate in the implementation of operational change; • Write user documentation and train teams. Your profile • Master's degree in information systems or equivalent title; • 4 to 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects and diversified experience in consulting and business analysis; • Mastery of SQL querying and relational databases, good knowledge of project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint) and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau); • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent ability to collect, organize and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and precision; • Current French and English level B2 required.
