To strengthen our Facility team, we are looking for a technically skilled person with a practical mentality who takes on responsibilities and actively contributes, as a deputy to the Facility Management manager, to the development of our portfolio. Your tasks • Responsibility for the technical operation and value preservation of our real estate properties • Operation, monitoring, and optimization of all technical building systems (HVAC, electricity, building automation, security technology) • Carrying out maintenance, maintenance, and repair work • Analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions as well as ensuring uninterrupted operation • Coordination and supervision of external specialized companies, service partners, and craftsmen • Planning and accompanying maintenance, renovation, and investment projects • Participation in technical optimizations in terms of energy efficiency, sustainability, and operating costs • Support during conversions, rental renovations, and infrastructure projects • Monitoring compliance with legal regulations, safety and quality standards • Stand-by service and guarantee of technical availability of the systems • Deputy function of the Facility Management manager in operational, organizational, and personnel matters Your profile • Completed basic technical training (electrician, automation technician, plumber, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, or building technology, mechanic, or equivalent training) • Additional training in the field of real estate management, Facility Management, or building technology is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in technical installation management or in the operation of complex buildings • In-depth knowledge of modern building and housing technology (HVAC, electricity, GTB/GTC) • Experience in coordinating external service providers and craft businesses • Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • High sense of responsibility and strong service orientation • Good computer skills (MS Office, ideally CAFM systems) What awaits you • Management of a unique and technically demanding real estate portfolio • Modern buildings with numerous technical systems and exciting challenges • Responsibility with development prospects as a deputy to the Facility Management manager • Short decision-making paths and high autonomy • A dynamic, motivated, and highly professional team • Opportunity to actively participate in processes and implement technical improvements • Modern employment conditions as well as long-term development opportunities Become a member of our team!
