Serviceplan Group Switzerland is responsible for all services such as Finance, Human Resources, Reception, and IT for the subsidiary agencies Serviceplan and Mediaplus within the House of Communications. A total of around 50 employees work in the House of Communication in Zürich; worldwide, it is over 6'000\. Senior Finance Manager \& Teamlead (m/f/d \- 100%) In the versatile role of Senior Finance Manager \& Teamlead, you are responsible for the finance and accounting of Serviceplan Group Switzerland and its companies. You lead the Finance team, ensure transparent financial processes, and advise your stakeholders with well-founded analyses and reporting. Your tasks: Financial Steering \& Reporting You are responsible for the budget, forecast, and liquidity planning process. You prepare management reporting, financial analyses, forecasts, and decision-relevant recommendations for action. You support the management and our Unit Leads as a Business Partner in the economic steering of their areas and create transparency regarding opportunities, risks, and development potentials. You are responsible for the monthly reporting to the parent company in München. Accounting \& Compliance You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You monitor the dunning process as well as outgoing payments. You are responsible for the tax processes including VAT declarations. You prepare tax returns and check assessments. You coordinate the external audit and are the first point of contact for internal and external audit bodies. Governance \& Corporate Management You ensure compliance with relevant finance and compliance processes. You continuously develop our financial processes and use digitalization, automation, and modern technologies to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability. You are the contact person for tax authorities and manage property insurance. Leadership \& Corporate Services You lead and develop a team currently consisting of two Junior Controller:s and one apprentice, and ensure the professional further development of the finance function. Additionally, you take on overall responsibility for data protection. What you bring with you: A completed degree or comparable further training in the field of business administration, finance, or controlling forms your professional foundation. You mandatory bring at least 5 years of experience in controlling or the finance sector. You have very good knowledge of Excel and ideally have experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Power BI and . You bring a high degree of independence and like to hold the reins. You possess strong analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent way of working. You are a team player with high initiative and strong communication skills. You have a high willingness to learn and an interest in new challenges. You have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
