Your main tasks: You carry out customer training via remote, on-site, or in the training center. You act as a direct technical contact for our customers. You support our customers in the introduction and application of our CAD and calculation programs with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary, and electrical. You support our technical hotline by contacting our customers by telephone and helping them with their requests. You support our users in maximizing their productivity through the optimal use of our products. Location: Wädenswil / Zürich, directly on the lake, on-site in the office Your Profile Your skills and experience: You are a trained technical draftsman (building services planner), technician, or engineer with a specialty in building services engineering (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical). You possess a structured way of working and the ability to explain technical matters understandably. You master or understand the German language. You master the German language confidently in speaking and writing for the support of our regional customers (English for internal communication is an advantage).
