Do you want to take on responsibility and actively help shape production planning? In this versatile leadership role, you will take over the management of our AVOR and planning team and, together with the adjacent areas, ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing. Your field of activity You lead and develop your team professionally and personally and promote open, appreciative, and performance-oriented cooperation You are responsible for work preparation as well as the schedule-, cost-, and quality-compliant planning and control of our assembly orders You ensure optimal material and capacity planning together with purchasing, logistics, and sales You coordinate our external assembly partners (extended workbench), monitor deadlines and orders, and find pragmatic solutions in the event of deviations You are responsible for the quality of the SAP master data (routing, bills of materials, lead times, etc.) and continuously develop our planning processes You analyze key figures, initiate optimization measures, and drive digitalization as well as the further development of our processes You process error messages, coordinate corrective measures, and ensure high manufacturing quality You support day-to-day business through final inspections of manufacturing orders as well as their correct feedback in SAP Your profile Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally as a polymechanic, supplemented by further training in the field of production, logistics, PPS or supply chain management. Several years of professional experience in production planning, material requirements planning (MRP) or in demand planning of a manufacturing industrial company. Sound knowledge in the analysis and optimization of planning processes as well as in the use of SAP R/3 (modules PP/MM). Experience in working with external production or assembly partners is an advantage. Strong leadership competence, assertiveness and communication skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working with a strong hands-on mentality. Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Confident use of MS Office applications as well as sound SAP R/3 knowledge (PP/MM); experience with the warehouse management system ORBIS is an advantage Are you interested?
