Group Leader Gardening 60 – 100 % Your tasks at läbeplus: • Operational collaboration and leadership of a small team • Guidance and promotion of participants and employees • Maintenance and care of customer gardens and properties • Customer acquisition, consulting, and offers (with support) • Collaboration in winter service or other areas You bring: • Basic training as a gardener with EFZ diploma • Possibly with professional further training • Professional experience and good technical knowledge in garden maintenance • Rooted in the Christian faith and you live these values in your professional daily life • Driver's license category B/BE (shifted) • Basic IT user skills (e.g. offer, reporting) What to expect: • Varied and independent activity where you can contribute • Friendly, motivated team with flat hierarchies • Opportunity for professional further training and personal development • A meaningful social mission – we support people who need it • 15 years of experience and stability as a work and integration company • Attractive salary and good social benefits Are you interested?
