Administrative Internship – Ecological transition in care - 100%

You will join the quality expert team of the Direction des Soins. You will assist the manager of the ecological transition in care and participate in the implementation of the ecological transition in care strategy. You will actively contribute to the projects piloted in this field. You will participate in projects related to the implementation of the ecological transition in care strategy. You will collaborate with the RSE pole in the implementation of the climate-health axis of the sustainability strategy at the HUG. You will actively contribute to the organization and coordination of the operationalization of the ecological transition in care strategy in the medico-nursing departments. You will advise on best practices, answer questions, and promote the ecological transition in care within the HUG. In addition, you will participate in the daily organization of the sector with, for example, the preparation and organization of meetings, the maintenance of dashboards, etc. You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in the field of sustainable development or in the field of health and must complete a mandatory internship with ECTS credits as part of your university curriculum. You have an interest or experience related to the theme of sustainability or more specifically the ecological transition in care (internship, associative activity, volunteer or other). You possess a good ability to synthesize, excellent writing skills, and oral and written presentation skills. You are a pragmatic, organized person who also has good interpersonal and listening skills. You know how to work in a team and have a collaborative spirit. You are autonomous and ensure a smooth flow of information. You are comfortable with usual office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and content creation tools (presentations, animations, etc.). You have a good level of written English.
