Whether small repairs, green oases in the garden, creative wooden structures for the children, or the logistics behind our festivals – you roll up your sleeves where help is needed and keep our nursery operations running. YOUR TASKS: Repairs & Maintenance: Independent execution of repair and maintenance work in our nursery premises and on the playgrounds. Technical Controls: Monitoring of building technology (kitchen, heating, sanitary, electrical appliances) as well as ensuring occupational safety and functionality. Creative Constructions: Construction and adaptation of individual furniture, play equipment, or creative spatial solutions for everyday nursery life. Garden Maintenance: Care of outdoor areas and green spaces so that the children can play safely and carefree outdoors. Logistics & Events: Preparation and active assistance at nursery festivals, events, as well as material and furniture transport. Craftsman Coordination: Interface to external service providers and specialist craftsmen for larger projects. REQUIREMENTS: Craftsmanship Foundation: Completed manual/technical basic training (e.g., specialist in facility management, carpenter, metalworker, building technician, electrician) or several years of relevant professional experience. Pragmatic Solution Competence: Enjoyment of creative, uncomplicated solutions and manual skill. Driver's License: Driver's license Cat. B is mandatory (for trips between locations). Personality: You enjoy working independently and plan your day autonomously. You have a reliable and friendly nature with a big heart for a lively, child-oriented environment. Flexibility: Readiness for occasional assignments outside of regular hours (e.g., at nursery festivals on the weekend). Proficient German in speaking and writing.
