In our Facility Management team, you are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and preservation of value of our buildings and ensure logistics. You guarantee the smooth operation of all technical systems and cleanliness at all locations. Your tasks You ensure ongoing operations through inspection, fault rectification, and maintenance of the building technical systems including documentation in the CAFM. You organize and coordinate the deployment of external service providers. You are the contact person for tenants and users of the buildings for inquiries and problems (ticket system in the CAFM). You are responsible for organizing and executing smaller moves. You assist in building logistics (delivery and distribution of goods and furniture). You provide the premises as well as the AV technology for events incl. cleaning work. Your competencies You have completed training in the field of maintenance, caretaker services, or a basic technical training EFZ and bring corresponding professional experience in Facility Management. You are IT-savvy and can operate building management systems independently. You are characterized by your structured and efficient way of working as well as your organizational skills. You bring good IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office (Teams, Word Excel). You have very good German skills in speaking and writing. You possess a driving license of category B.
