For the Romandie Zone and the management of the VD/VS/FR regions, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement A Regional Manager at 80-100% What you make happen • Management of employees in collaboration with the site managers. Ensure the qualitative and quantitative processing of files in the regions and assume global responsibility for the achievement of objectives in the VD/VS/FR regions. • Implement the national and regional strategy of Unia CCh • Observe and influence the evolution of market shares • Technical, organizational, and personal management of the site managers • Support and promotion of specialized employees in the regions • Maintain contacts with communal and cantonal authorities and the ORP in the regions • Coordinate regional issues with the sites in the regions, e.g., in the event of collective dismissal and for collaboration with the Unia regional sections and cantonal authorities • Collaboration on national and regional projects What you bring • Commercial training, specialized university of applied sciences/University or training deemed equivalent • Several years of professional experience in the field of unemployment insurance or social insurance • Management experience and the ability to assert oneself • Resistance to stress and a keen sense of service • Analytical mind, autonomy, and a keen sense of organization • Proficiency in French and knowledge of German (spoken) • In-depth IT knowledge (MS-Office) • Willingness to travel • Interest in trade union policy issues • Understanding of social concerns and other cultures Main location of the position: Romandie Zone headquarters in Lausanne, willingness to travel What we offer you Unia unemployment fund guarantees you modern working conditions and good social benefits.
