We are looking for our Ardon home: Psychiatric Nurse (60%) from August 1st or by arrangement We propose to you to ensure daily nursing care of the people accompanied in their entirety, at the preventive, curative, medico-educational and palliative level, if applicable; manage all medical consultations and the continuity of care; ensure the support of beneficiaries within the Foyer d'Ardon in their daily life activities in a perspective of psychosocial rehabilitation based on self-determination; accompany residents in their individual projects and objectives; develop a privileged relationship with the network of accompanied persons; collaborate interprofessionally with social workers, ASE, ASSC, day centers and workshops. Your profile you have a Bachelor in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent, CAS in psychiatry is an asset; you have at least 2 years of professional experience. Knowledge of the RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) software is an asset; endowed with a sense of organization and priority management, you like working in a team but also autonomously, you appreciate versatility; you master standard IT tools (MS Office); holder of a driver's license, you have a private vehicle.
