Construction Site Manager at 100% La Bourgeoisie de la Ville de Fribourg is advertising a position as Construction Site Manager - Real Estate Heritage at 100% Real Estate Heritage Sector As a historical institution working for the good of the community, La Bourgeoisie de la Ville de Fribourg is the custodian of an exceptional heritage composed notably of historical buildings, rental properties, shops, agricultural estates, alpine pastures, vineyards, forests, as well as important land reserves. In close collaboration with the Head of the Real Estate Heritage sector, you will contribute to implementing the heritage strategy of La Bourgeoisie in order to preserve, enhance, and sustainably transmit a unique heritage. Your missions Represent the client in the management of renovation, rehabilitation, transformation, and maintenance projects of the real estate heritage Autonomously manage the projects entrusted to you, from their design to their completion, while guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and the fixed objectives Manage varied projects relating notably to historical and protected buildings, rental properties, agricultural buildings, as well as the enhancement of land heritage, within a sustainable and long-term vision Coordinate mandatories, architects, engineers, companies, and competent authorities, and represent La Bourgeoisie throughout the projects Contribute to developing and ensuring the monitoring of investment and maintenance budgets Provide your expertise in projects presenting challenges related to built heritage, its protection, land-use planning, and construction procedures Your profile Higher education in the field of construction as a Dipl. ES Technician / Construction Site Manager (or Federal Diploma) or training deemed equivalent Confirmed experience in managing construction, renovation projects or in representing the client Sensitivity to built heritage and a marked interest in the conservation, restoration, and enhancement of historical and protected buildings Good knowledge of construction procedures, SIA standards, and current regulations; experience with public procurement is an asset Excellent organizational, coordination, and planning skills, allowing for the management of several projects simultaneously with autonomy Analytical mind, sense of responsibility, and ability to develop pragmatic solutions reconciling heritage, technical, financial, and environmental challenges Interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork, allowing for effective collaboration with authorities, mandatories, companies, and internal partners French or German speaking with good knowledge of the partner language Mastery of usual IT tools (Office 365); knowledge of Stratus and SIMAP is an asset Start date: 1st January 2027 or to be agreed.
