Cleaning Staff

Rüfenacht Reinigungen is looking for reliable and motivated cleaning staff (m/f/d) with a workload of 30–60 % to strengthen the team. Your tasks: • Carrying out maintenance cleaning in private apartments, offices, and commercial premises • Move-out and final cleanings with an acceptance guarantee • Construction and post-construction cleaning • Cleaning of windows, frames, blinds, and other glass surfaces • Cleaning of stairwells and common rooms • Professional handling of cleaning agents, devices, and materials • Compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety specifications • Independent or joint execution of work in a team Your profile: • Professional experience in cleaning is an advantage but not a must • Reliable, careful, and independent way of working • Friendly and well-groomed appearance • Good physical resilience • Readiness for flexible work assignments • Sufficient German language skills for communication in everyday work • Category B driver's license and own vehicle are an advantage • Responsible handling of customer property and work materials We offer: • Varied cleaning assignments for private and business customers • A workload of 30–60 % • A careful introduction to the various tasks • Modern work equipment and professional cleaning products • Fair and correct employment conditions • A personal and appreciative working environment • Opportunity to take on additional assignments depending on the order situation The assignments take place mainly in Nidwalden, Luzern and other regions of Central Switzerland.
