Located above the Ours metro stop, the parascolaire welcomes a community of children aged 10 to 14 daily. Through your commitment, your sense of responsibility, and your team spirit, you will contribute to the implementation of pedagogical projects as well as the development of activities promoting the autonomy, socialization, and inclusion of children. You will join a dynamic structure, currently engaged in a pilot project on the organization of lunchtime breaks, and actively participate in its evolution. In full expansion, the Domaine parascolaire seeks to equip itself with committed and creative people in order to develop the mission of this recent field of social work. The implementation of collective projects, the development of partnerships with stakeholders around the children, reflection, and the team-based constitution of pedagogical projects are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily reception of the group of children. We are recruiting for the 2026 school year, an early childhood educator or a socio-cultural worker to complete the team. Main mission(s) ### Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical concept while maintaining the global vision Accompany the group of children in the performance of daily activities as well as in the completion of their school homework and promote their autonomy Propose an individualized support approach in connection with the skills to be developed or the needs of the child Participate in the general organization of the structure Undertake specific administrative tasks Propose, manage, and document projects involving several internal and external stakeholders Include the various stakeholders in the reception and education of the group of children Profile ### Title of early childhood educator (HES or ES) or socio-cultural worker (HES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on daycare for children (LAJE) Complementary training as a practical trainer or professional practice trainer, an asset Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a community of children Good knowledge of collective reception settings and group dynamics Team spirit, comfortable in exchanges with parents Autonomy and a responsible attitude Analytical and synthesis skills, ability to propose and improve Ability to document one's own activity and that of the group of children Capable of developing a participatory process within their team and within the community of children Special conditions ### Clean criminal records (ordinary and special) Split shifts from Monday to Friday Contract with activities during school holidays (70%) Contract without activities during school holidays, based on the annualization of working time (60%) Salary class ### 7 Commencement of duties ### 10 August 2026 or to be agreed Offer ### Please send us your application and the usual documents until 27.07.2026 via the online form.
