Programming Methods Technician M / F Company Description We are looking for one of our clients, a Programming Methods Technician to develop programs for the company's machining equipment, ensuring optimal manufacturing quality Job Description Creation of complete programs using CAM software CREO and GIBBSCAM, any other CAM software is welcome Confirmed experience of several years in machining on machines (turning, milling) with expertise in ISO and CAM programming Participate in the development of manufacturing instructions for the machining part Basics in CAD on CREO are welcome Simulation and optimization of programs Setup on machines with the setters, and monitoring of pre-series until production start Creation of assembly sheets and parts and tool lists Provide technical support in the workshop to the mechanics Actively participate in the integration of new machining machines FIXED position Profile sought Training as an ES Technician in microtechnology, or BTS or Bachelor's in Production Have solid experience in CAM programming and in the manufacturing of mechanical parts Have excellent knowledge in CNC Milling and Turning, knowledge of CNC finishing machines is a plus Excellent knowledge in reading plans. Have a good mechanical technical sense to find fast and efficient solutions.
