For our renowned mountain restaurant, we are looking for the winter season: 1 Supervisor Restaurant Tasks: Responsible for personnel planning in service Responsible for beverage orders for the restaurant Responsible for inventory monitoring of the restaurant Reception and ensuring customer satisfaction Attentiveness and politeness towards guests Explanation of the menu Cash handling with cash and credit cards Proactive sale of wines Requirements: Experience in the industry Strong sense of responsibility Friendliness and a winning appearance Good knowledge of national languages and/or English is an advantage Punctuality and flexibility Willingness to work shifts Job details: Workplace: Restaurant Motta Hütte, Lenzerheide Employment degree: 100 %, fixed-term from approx. 01.12.2026 to approx. 15.04.2027 approx.
