Become part of our 150-year success story and help shape the future of mobility.   Together one floor higher as   Sales Professional in Service Business in Bern (m/f/d) 80-100% # • Sale of service contracts and repairs as well as support for the sale of modernizations • Advising and supporting customers as well as developing and ensuring a permanent and sustainable customer relationship • Processing customer complaints and inquiries and thereby increasing customer loyalty • Close cooperation with the Service Teamleader for the assigned service area • Completed technical or commercial basic training with further training • Sales experience is an advantage, ideally in the area of capital goods and/or technical services • Proficient in handling MS-Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage • Good knowledge of the regional language, other languages an advantage • Excellent development opportunities: Personnel development is lived by us.
