On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Finance & Human Resources (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the financial monitoring of the entire company. • You will develop current and innovative working methods. • You will manage tax returns. • You will ensure the monitoring of the treasury. • You will handle invoicing as well as monitoring of various suppliers. • You will set up relevant dashboards. • You will be responsible for the proper application of the company's various administrative processes. • You will be responsible for the proper management of HR processes in accordance with industry practices: salary management, certificates, updating of personnel files. Your profile: • You hold a Federal Certificate as a specialist in SME management or a Master HEC with confirmed experience in Human Resources. • You have a sense of responsibility and analytical spirit. • You have skills in financial analysis and internal control. • You have natural leadership and are comfortable with communication. • You have a certain writing ease and master various usual computer tools. • You are of a versatile nature and enjoy working in a varied daily life.
