Project Manager You lead projects within the framework of an order and within a given time and budget plan. You take responsibility for successful and safe project execution. Techniker/in HF with professional experience and additional qualifications in the field of quality management is an advantage. Practice in dealing with requirements for quality management systems according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN 9100 is an advantage. Practice in the realization of construction projects (construction management) is an advantage. Independent, responsible and efficient way of working in a digital environment. Assertive and strong organizational skills as well as a reliable person. Confident German in spoken and written form Area of activity Ensuring the quality of various construction projects in the realization and commissioning phases. Acceptance / release of construction projects for institutional as well as private clients. Reporting / defect management / checking and release of QS documents. Creating / changing of test procedures, test protocols and checklists. Processing and evaluation of risk matrices. Documenting, merging and evaluating measurement results and test protocols
