The socio-therapeutic youth residential group of the Kinder- und Jugendheim Bild, with the autonomously managed house in the center of Altstätten, is a safe and supportive place for 8 adolescents and young adults. We are looking for, as of 01.11.2026 or by arrangement, a Social Pedagogue 80%-100% ## or Nurse Psychiatry 80-100% ## The following key tasks await you: • Attachment-oriented and trauma-sensitive support of adolescents and young adults • Cooperation with parents and specialist agencies • Promotion of a supportive living and group climate What awaits you with us: • A responsible, interesting and varied activity • Cooperation in a friendly and competent team • Professional support through psychotherapeutic casework and supervision • An open and supportive working climate in the entire facility • Contemporary employment conditions What we expect from you: • Completed training in social pedagogy or psychiatric nursing • Enjoyment of contact with adolescents and the pedagogical challenges of adolescence • Teamwork skills, resilience and humor • Readiness for irregular shifts and night shifts Further info about our youth residential group can be found at: www.bild-altstaetten.ch Do you feel addressed?
