Join us too and apply as an LPP benefits specialist.      What you do   • You examine and evaluate benefit entitlements in cases of incapacity for work based on regulatory provisions. • You request medical documents, powers of attorney, and insurance files, evaluate medical facts, and initiate the necessary steps of the benefits process. • You coordinate collaboration with sickness daily allowance insurers, accident and social insurance, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders, and examine the need for case management measures. • You actively pilot your benefit cases throughout the process, define reviews and reminders, and guarantee their timely processing. • You advise the insured, employers, as well as internal and external partners by telephone and in writing, and guarantee customer-oriented, transparent, and punctual case processing.     What you bring   • Commercial training, continuous training as a social insurance specialist (f/m/d) desired • You already have experience in the 2nd pillar; experience in claims handling is an asset • Affinity with the use of different IT applications • Strong service and customer orientation • Native French language     Your contact   Talent Acquisition Consultant: Eleni Bourtzakis +41 44 628 20 51     Additional information   Part-time or full-time: 80-100% Workplace: Oerlikon, Zurich Hybrid work: 40% I-REMOTE   We look forward to receiving your application online - even without a cover letter.
