In this key position, you will report directly to the CEO. You are responsible for the further development of our IT landscape, ensure a stable and secure IT operation, and drive the digitalization of the Häny Group together with the specialist departments. Head of IT & Digitalization 80-100% (m/f/d) Your tasks • Overall responsibility for the stable, secure, and economical operation of the IT infrastructure and application landscape of the Häny Group • Further development and implementation of the IT and digitalization strategy together with the CEO • Management and coordination of external IT service providers, software partners, and system suppliers • Responsibility for IT security, data protection, authorization management, backup, availability, and business continuity • Further development of IT governance, IT standards, guidelines, and system documentation • Planning, management, and monitoring of the IT budget as well as IT investments • Ensuring professional user support and a high service quality • Evaluation and prioritization of digitalization initiatives together with the specialist departments • Advising the organization on the optimization and digitalization of business processes • Responsibility for interfaces, system architecture, and the sustainable integration of the application landscape • Accompanying organizational changes as well as promoting user-oriented and pragmatic digitalization • Functional and personnel leadership of the internal IT resources • Participation in the introduction and further development of company-wide applications as well as ensuring the sustainable handover to regular operations Your profile • Completed studies or higher vocational training in business informatics, informatics, or a related field • Several years of experience in a leading IT function, ideally in an industrial, production, or SME environment • Sound knowledge in the areas of IT infrastructure, application management, IT security, and provider management • Experience with Microsoft-based system landscapes, especially Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage • Experience in the introduction or further development of ERP systems as well as ideally CRM, BI, or workflow solutions • Good understanding of operational processes in sales, service, production, logistics, and finance • Experience in leading internal employees as well as external service providers and partners • Ability to communicate technical matters in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner • Very good German skills as well as good English skills Your personality You do not understand IT as an end in itself, but as a service and an essential success factor for the company.
