We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with strong leadership skills, who will take global responsibility for our Building Automation segment. This position is central to the strategic development of the division and the sustainability of our success in the market. Your contribution to our team In this role, you assume global responsibility for the strategy, organization, and technical management of the Building Automation segment. You develop the division in a targeted manner, refine the Go-to-Market strategy, and ensure the achievement of revenue and margin objectives. You lead technical specialists in the regions professionally as well as Category Managers disciplinarily, and consistently develop skills, the portfolio, and solutions. At the same time, you are responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, and you derive strategic measures based on market, competition, and technology analyses. A further strength lies in ensuring high quality and efficiency: you define and drive relevant KPIs, develop standards and processes, and guarantee compliance with regulatory and conformity requirements. You take responsibility for complex or critical topics. As a central interface, you also build lasting relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners, and represent the Building Automation division both internally and externally.
