Your tasks: • Personnel management: Duty and deployment planning as well as technical training of the cleaning staff, promotion of employees. • Quality management: Ensuring and monitoring strict hygiene and quality standards, optimization of processes and implementation of standards. • Budget responsibility: Management of the cleaning budget. • Cooperation and communication: Close cooperation with the reception, the laundry and the nursing staff and maintenance of the flow of information. • Organization of the setup of the seminar rooms: internal as well as external seminars and meetings take place at our place daily. • Readiness for practical assignments.
