In the area of Innovation/Development, I am looking on behalf of, at the headquarters in Wasen, immediately or by arrangement for a/an: Mitarbeiter/in Qualitätssicherung Quality Hand Tools (QHT) 80\-100% Your tasks • Ensuring and continuous further development of product and process quality along the entire value chain. • Analysis of quality deviations as well as customer and supplier complaints, including the initiation of sustainable improvement measures. • Support of development, production and procurement in quality matters as well as early introduction of own specialist knowledge into new products and processes. • Testing and assessment of prototypes, zero series, materials and manufacturing processes with regard to quality requirements. • Identification of risks, support in their minimization as well as promotion of the continuous improvement of products, processes and interfaces. • Participation in internal and external audits as well as support in the further development of the integrated management system. • Training and support of employees in quality matters as well as promotion of quality awareness in the company. Your profile • Technical or mechanical basic training, for example as Polymechaniker/in EFZ, ideally supplemented by experience in quality assurance, production or development. • Experience in the quality assurance of technical products or consumer goods. • Knowledge of common quality methods and problem-solving tools as well as an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working. • Enjoyment in understanding causes, recognizing connections and implementing sustainable improvements. • Identification with premium products as well as enthusiasm for high-quality hand tools - 100 % Swiss Made. • Customer centricity, initiative, flexibility and team spirit. • Pronounced quality awareness, love for detail and a sharp eye for improvement opportunities. • Proficient German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
