Line Leader: Production Chocolate Molding # Tasks • Operating, monitoring, setting up, and converting machines and production lines for the manufacture and packaging of chocolate and chocolate products • Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations • Professional supervision and guidance of the assigned employees • Carrying out quality controls and initiating measures in case of deviations and active participation in the continuous improvement process • Identifying and resolving malfunctions and supporting the technical service during revisions Requirements • Basic training in the food sector or in the technical sector (for example, food technologist, baker, pastry chef as well as butcher, but also mechanic, printer, paper technologist) • Technical understanding and experience in handling modern plant control systems as well as SAP and MES systems is an advantage • Readiness for shift work • Good German language skills in spoken and written form • No training but lots of experience?
