Your missions Within the production workshop, your main responsibilities will be to: Ensure production that meets quality, quantity and deadline objectives. Operate CNC machines for grinding and finishing (3 axes and 5 axes). Carry out quality controls in accordance with control ranges and defined plans. Perform computer entries related to production and quality monitoring. Read and interpret manufacturing plans (dimensional and geometric dimensioning). Actively participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by proposing optimization axes. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any anomalies. Your profile Holder of a CFC in Micromécanicien(ne), a CFC in Praticien(ne) in mechanics or equivalent training. Experience in operating CNC machines 3 axes and 5 axes. Experience in grinding and/or finishing precision components. Good mastery of technical plan reading. Comfortable with production computer tools. Experience in the watchmaking sector is a real asset.
