Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Design, implement and lead realistic exercise scenarios by involving various relevant experts and specialists • Lead and assume responsibility for the strategic involvement of the OFCS in cybersecurity exercises, as well as coordinate the participation of the OFCS in these exercises • Participate in cybersecurity exercises as a representative of the OFCS and, if necessary, ensure the coordination of these exercises at the inter-institutional level • Synthesize and present, at the appropriate level, the conclusions and results drawn from cybersecurity exercises (verification of implemented processes, effectiveness of the exercise, etc.) and propose improvement measures • Assist the Cyber Commander in managing high-importance cyber incidents and replace them in their absence • Monitor the global cyber threat situation as well as technical advances in the field of cybersecurity, so that new trends, recurring patterns and repercussions on critical infrastructures are taken into account in the services mentioned above <br /> What makes you unique • Degree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent training in the field of computer science, information security or comparable experience acquired on the job • Knowledge of the current cyber threat landscape, common attack vectors as well as tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) used by cyber actors • Good knowledge of best practices and processes relating to cybersecurity incident management at all levels (technical, organizational, legal, etc.) • Experience in managing and coordinating complex consultation processes • Excellent communication and cooperation skills, as well as strategic thinking and action • Good knowledge of two official languages, as well as English <br /> In a few words Do you want to participate in the future of national cybersecurity and commit yourself to the collective good?
