What the position offers you You take full responsibility for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of washing machines and tumble dryers directly at our customers' homes, in an area close to your residence. Each day brings its share of new challenges You prepare reliable repair offers and discernibly evaluate whether a repair is relevant or when a replacement constitutes the best solution You advise customers on the use, maintenance, and connection possibilities of the appliances, taking the time to answer their questions You document your interventions digitally via a tablet (service reports, daily closures, offers) in a complete, precise, and timely manner. You exchange daily with your team and the service center and stay informed about technical developments and industry news What you bring You have completed professional training in a trade or electrotechnics (CFC or AFP), ideally as an installation electrician, electronics technician, or in a comparable profession You have good knowledge of electrotechnics and approach problems in a methodical, safe, and pragmatic manner. NIV 15 training is an asset or you are ready to obtain it with us You enjoy contact with customers and know how to explain technical subjects in a simple and understandable way You work independently and reliably, even when activity is high You are in good physical condition and comfortable with demanding interventions You communicate easily in German and French; any other language represents an advantage You hold a category B driver's license Not yet convinced?
