In long-term care, you hold daily responsibility and ensure that the daily care routine runs smoothly for residents and the team. In Luzern, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with a workload of 80 – 100 %. You coordinate daily care, manage the care process, make decisions in daily operations, and ensure the need-based care of the residents.
