Business Controller

Your tasks • You create and coordinate budget planning, carry out economic calculations and monitor compliance with financial specifications in cooperation with department management. • You are responsible for periodic allocations in the closing process and ensure transparent financial reporting. • You prepare financial reports and analyses for department management and create a sound basis for business decisions. • You analyze cost center and cost unit accounting as well as the range of services of the clinics and identify optimization and control potentials. • You advise department management and clinics on financial issues, support the implementation of improvement measures and actively contribute to projects and the further development of controlling processes and instruments. Your profile • You have completed a degree in business administration with further training in controlling or a university degree (FH/Uni) with a focus on finance/controlling • You bring an initiative, assertive personality with high self-responsibility and pronounced communication skills on various hierarchical levels. • Ideally, you have experience in the environment of an acute care hospital and are familiar with the specific data, performance and value flows in the healthcare sector. • Your way of working is strongly analytical, numerate and consistently goal- and result-oriented. • You have very good MS-Excel skills; knowledge of BI systems (e.g. Qlik Sense, TIP HCe) is an advantage.
