Senior Civil Engineering Structures Project Manager Degree in civil engineering EPF, HES or equivalent recognized in Switzerland. Confirmed experience (at least 8 years) in project management of civil engineering structures in Switzerland. Excellent mastery of SIA standards and usual software. You are an inspiring leader who knows how to transmit to and listen to your teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator. Rigor, analytical spirit and ability to work autonomously. Role \& Responsibilities Lead and coordinate civil engineering structure projects in the execution phase Coordinate studies via consultants and internal service Supervise technical monitoring, planning and financial control of projects. Lead a multidisciplinary team (technical support, project high-level overview, monitoring the development of the teams' technical skills). Coordination of external partners, and link with the client. Provide solutions and areas for improvement for your department (technological, legal, standards monitoring).
