What you can achieve ## • You accompany the production process from preparation of the plant to handover of the finished products to logistics. • Through careful preparation of the plant, you create optimal conditions for a smooth production start. • During production, you monitor and control the filling line and ensure a trouble-free process. • You are responsible for the re-packaging of products and their safe handover to logistics. • You rectify minor faults independently and submit suggestions for improvement to optimize our processes. • You consistently adhere to quality, hygiene, and safety standards and actively support your team on the shop floor. What you bring ## • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to get involved. • Training in the food industry or experience as a machine operator. • Technical understanding and interest in modern production facilities. • A reliable, careful, and responsible way of working with a high level of quality awareness. • Team spirit, openness, commitment, and a pronounced sense of hygiene. • Willingness for shift work (early, late, and night shifts until Saturday morning 5:00 a.m.) as well as a driver's license and your own vehicle.
