Litigation & Legal Manager We are a Real Estate Group established in Suisse romande since 1886 with agencies in Genève, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Fribourg, Sion and Neuchâtel. As part of our business development, we wish to hire, for our Genève headquarters, a future Litigation & Legal Manager Job Description: Ensure the follow-up of legal and litigation files under the control of the department manager and based on the instructions of owners and internal directives. Manage the judicial procedures necessary for the preservation of our clients' interests. Establish correspondence to tenants/co-owners and process all requests and complaints. Establish periodic reports for certain owners Perform and ensure the follow-up of debt collection filings, eviction requests, payment requests, legal mortgages, etc. Prepare and establish reminders, formal notices, summons to tenants/co-owners as well as lease terminations for tenants in case of non-payment. Draft and control various contractual documents, deeds and settlement agreements. Ensure the follow-up of payments from tenants/co-owners in collaboration with the accounting departments (PPE and management) and Management. Ensure representation at hearings before judicial authorities (in Genève, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Vaud and Valais). We offer: A diversified position within a family and dynamic Group.
