Die offene Kinder- und Jugendarbeit Herzogenbuchsee und Region (OKJAHR) provides professional child and youth work in a total of 12 affiliated municipalities around Herzogenbuchsee. We promote, support, and accompany children and adolescents on their life paths through diverse and needs-based offers. Families, schools, politics, and organizations that shape the growing-up conditions of children and adolescents belong to our extended target group. Our work is based on the foundations of professional Social Work and is oriented towards the working principles of Sociocultural Animation. Organizational, professional, and strategic topics are shaped together. The new person will take on co-responsibility for organizational and strategic topics together with the team and, if desired, participate in our co-management structure. However, the focus of the position is clearly on direct work with children and adolescents as well as in the development and implementation of offers. From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Child and Youth Worker (60-70 %) ## The working days are usually from Wednesday to Friday.
