We are looking for a Store Manager 100%, who, with a lot of commitment, takes care of the operational activities in one of our Maxi-Bazar branches «Mini Preis, Maxi Auswahl» in Steffisburg and inspires employees and customers anew every day. As part of this activity: • you plan the working hours of your team, which can consist of up to seven employees, efficiently and with an open ear • you embody our corporate philosophy in theory and practice and act as a role model for your employees • you demonstrate your organizational talent daily in the monitoring, analysis, and control of merchandise management • our customers always have priority for you and your team – at the checkout as well as behind the scenes • you ensure that business processes and the profitability of the departments are guaranteed Your qualifications: • You have vocational training in retail or an equivalent training as well as good French language skills • You have several years of experience in management and team building as well as in leadership positions, which you have ideally acquired at a retail chain • You are very customer- and service-oriented • You have a passion for working in sales and stand fully behind the concept of MAXI BAZAR • You have high motivation, good physical fitness, and are prepared to commit more strongly during labor-intensive periods • You have a proven talent for suggesting solutions and creating atmospheric areas Your advantages: We offer a creative working environment, varied tasks, and a fixed-term employment contract until 31 December 2026.
