Industrial Methods and Processes Engineer 100% (M/F) YOUR MISSION: Drive the industrialization of new products and options, from the R&D phase to stabilization in series, and this according to Lean Manufacturing principles. Define, structure, and validate assembly and integration processes (robust and industrializable). Coordinate the integration of technical modifications and product improvements. Prepare and supervise prototype assemblies, pre-series, and first industrializations. Define and optimize sequences, bills of materials, articles, and ERP data in connection with the industrial base. Supervise the creation, updating, and reliability of assembly instructions. Ensure a secure transfer to production, including to internal/external partners. Ensure the ramp-up: follow the first machines produced, analyze deviations, identify blocking points, coordinate corrective actions, and guarantee complete stabilization of the product in series. Be a key player in transformation and industrial maturity in a logic of operational excellence and standardization of industrialization practices. Collaborate closely with internal teams, promote fluid communication, and support a positive and efficient work dynamic. YOUR PROFILE: HES Bachelor in Industrial Engineering and Management or a title deemed equivalent. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrialization, methods, industrial project management, or product development. Solid mastery of Lean tools and principles (VSM, kaizen, VA/NVA analysis, flow management, takt time). A Yellow Belt certification is indispensable and a Green Belt certification is an asset. Solid experience in a demanding environment: machine tool, micromachining, robotics, special machines, or automotive. Complete mastery of industrialization processes: prototypes, pre-series, mastered ramp-up, and transfer to production. Habit of working in coordination with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and field teams. Excellent communication skills, transversal leadership, and project review facilitation. Strong ability to structure, standardize, and improve processes. Analytical spirit, solution orientation, high autonomy. Capacity to integrate quickly, to collaborate constructively, and to establish working relationships based on trust and respect. Confirmed experience in the use of an ERP and in the management of industrial data (articles, sequences, bills of materials). Good oral and written knowledge of English, B2 level desired.
