What you do You examine, assess, and process damage cases in the UVG area - from registration to completion, to ensure fast and efficient processing You organize and coordinate daily allowance payments and medical expenses so that our insured are optimally supported You are in close telephone and written contact with insured, employers, and other partners to ensure transparent and customer-oriented communication You ensure that in the event of damage, everything runs smoothly and the individual process steps are coordinated to guarantee high customer satisfaction You check coverage, damage history, and other relevant details in benefit cases to create a solid basis for decision-making What you bring Commercial basic training or equivalent education Experience in damage processing in the area of accident insurance (UVG) or comparable experience in the social insurance environment IT affinity and pleasure in modern tools Stylish German and high customer orientation Openness, honesty, team spirit, and a lot of drive Your contact Talent Acquisition Consultant: Silke Nachtigall Additional information Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Place of work: Zürich, Oerlikon Hybrid work: up to 40% We look forward to your online application - also without a cover letter.
