Project Management IT Transformation 50-80% (temporary possible)

Your tasks You are responsible for and manage three strategic IT projects until successful implementation: • Introduction of CRM system with a focus on fundraising • Renewal of dispatching and planning system • Replacement of finance and payroll system Your responsibilities • Overall management, planning and control of the projects • Coordination of internal departments and external partners • Development of data and interface concepts • Ensuring data migration and quality • Responsibility for budget, deadlines and quality • Leading workshops and coordination with stakeholders • Planning and implementation of tests and acceptances • Support in change management and introduction of new processes Your profile • Several years of experience in IT project management • Experience with system introductions and migrations • Knowledge of data management and API interfaces • Familiar with project methods (e.g. HERMES, PMI, IPMA) • Structured, independent way of working • Strong communication and moderation skills Advantageous: • NGO connection, CRM/fundraising experience as well as knowledge of finance or dispatching systems.
