We are looking for you to join our team in Basel as Specialist in Systems & Process Management School Administration 80% - 100% (m/w/d) Your task • Operation and further development of the IT systems of school administration, incl. ERP (Tocco) • Analysis, optimization and automation of processes in administration and schools • Support for schools in building efficient systemic workflows • Consulting, training and support for users • Ensuring high data quality in all relevant systems • Collaboration on the introduction and further development of other systems (e.g. LMS – OpenOlat; MS - Power BI) Your requirements • Completed education in the field of economics or business informatics (HF/FH/Uni) or proven multi-year professional experience in a comparable function • Experience with ERP systems and digital processes (workflows, interfaces, automations); experience with Tocco is an advantage • Experience in analysis and optimization of processes • Enjoyment of operational work with systems (maintenance, configuration, further development) and collaboration with departments • Confident in dealing with various stakeholders; clearly communicates requirements and accompanies their implementation • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented work with high service orientation - Experience in the education sector or with school/LMS systems is an advantage We offer A responsible role with genuine creative leeway, short decision-making paths and close interdisciplinary collaboration.
