Employee Technical & Security For our Residenz Stadtpark in Uster, we are looking for an employee Technical & Security 100% immediately or by arrangement. The Residenz Stadtpark is a residence of the Atlas Stiftung. It was built according to the plans of EM2N. The residence is located in the middle of Uster directly next to the Stadtpark. It has 81 apartments and a nursing department with 24 single rooms. Your area of responsibility Special cleanings in cooperation with the Head of Technical & Security Collaboration in the day-to-day business of the Technical & Security department Professional operation and maintenance of the equipment and materials Ensuring the hygiene and efficiency of the department Forwarding residents' concerns to the supervisor Submitting suggestions for improvement to the supervisor Compliance with all working guidelines and processes valid for the department Taking on additional tasks upon order of the supervisor We offer you Interesting and dynamic field of activity Lively collaboration in an interdisciplinary team Modern employment conditions Centrally located, attractive workplace You bring with you Training as an electrical installer, plant mechanic, specialist in facility management EFZ or similar Proven professional experience in a comparable function in a high-end, hotel-like operation Sound (building) technology and IT knowledge Willingness to supervise apprentices (vocational trainer course available or ready to acquire this promptly) You are resilient and work reliably and independently as a technical all-rounder. You have an efficient way of working and a high quality standard regarding building technology, security and order. A sense of duty and a strong service-oriented mindset further distinguish you.
