During your three-year training period, you will gain insights into various departments: • You will receive bank customers and direct them to the responsible offices. • You will advise bank customers in the areas of basic services, investing, financing & provision. • You will support bank customers through digital channels. • You will assist in advising bank customers in the area of corporate customers and asset management. • You will prepare bank transactions administratively and process them. • You will also gain initial experience in the areas of marketing, human resources, and project management. In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either with or without a professional maturity. What do you bring? ## Academically: • Completed secondary school level E or P with good grades • Very good German language skills, fluent in speaking and writing • With professional maturity: very good school grades at the highest school level, passed entrance exam Personally: • Sociable and communicative • Joy of learning and commitment • Team ability • Reliability and precise work • Open to new things Interests: • Joy in banking day-to-day business and customer contact • in trends and developments in the banking industry and in economic contexts • in dealing with digital media and new technologies
