Production Employee with Coordination Tasks 80-100% Your tasks In this versatile function, you are an important part of our day-to-day business. Your focus lies in active participation in production. Additionally, you will support organizational tasks related to materials, goods receipt, goods dispatch, and the coordination of individual work steps, so that our processes can be implemented cleanly and reliably in everyday life. Your main tasks include: • Production of cosmetically UV-curing nail gels • Preparation, creation, and maintenance of production-related documents • Support in planning and coordinating internal production • Support in planning the packaging process, including coordination with external partners • Preparation for quality control • Ordering and coordination of raw materials and packaging materials • Warehouse responsibility, including goods receipt and dispatch • Preparation and packaging of shipments • Ensuring a smooth process in a small team • Ensuring a clean, structured, and efficient workflow • Participation in the production of samples and developments according to specifications • Close collaboration with development and order management • Identifying and implementing potential for improvement Your profile You are an organized, reliable, and solution-oriented personality who likes to take responsibility and also actively gets involved. You keep an overview even when multiple topics are running simultaneously. Ideally, you bring: • Chemical or cosmetic basic understanding, absolutely necessary • Completed apprenticeship as a chemistry or paint laboratory assistant, highly advantageous • Experience in the cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial environment, absolutely necessary • Enjoyment of practical work in the company • Good German language skills in word and writing • Safe handling of MS Office; ERP/warehouse management experience advantageous • Teamwork, stress tolerance, and hands-on mentality • Independent, precise, and responsible work • Experience in production planning, production coordination, packaging, or a similar area, advantageous • Good organizational skills and a structured way of working • The willingness to coordinate a small team What we offer You can expect a varied activity in a family-friendly, dynamic company with short decision-making paths.
